Delivery Information
Fast, reliable worldwide delivery, wherever you’re based.
We dispatch every order from our factory in Burlescombe, Tiverton, Devon, and ship throughout the UK, to the USA, and worldwide. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order, so there are no surprises at the till.
Most stocked items are dispatched promptly, but please allow around two weeks from ordering to arrival for personalised or custom-printed products, oversized buoys and fenders, and international orders — and a little longer if your parcel is held at customs.
Larger and multi-item orders
Small fittings and standard fenders travel comfortably in our regular parcel bands. Larger buoys, heavy-duty fenders and Swifties may ship in larger cartons or as separate parcels — if your order needs additional carriage, we’ll confirm the cost with you before dispatch.
How your order is packed
Every product leaves us in a double-walled cardboard box, sized and cut to fit the product snugly. Double-wall board is rigid and impact-resistant, so your fenders and buoys arrive in the same condition they leave the factory — ready for use, backed by our Inflatable Products Lifetime Guarantee. If for whatever reason your order is damaged in transit contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.
Inflating your fenders and buoys
Our fenders and buoys are inflated through a simple screw valve. An inflating needle is included with each buoy. Our Inflation Kit contains everything you need: pump adaptor, inflating needle, spare valve plugs and full instructions. It’s small enough to keep in your boat locker for top-ups all season. You can see our full range on the Accessories page. Shipping them together with your main order saves a second delivery.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
